Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, I bring a lifelong understanding of Oregon real estate and the communities that make this region unique. Based in McMinnville, I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Portland metro area, Yamhill County, and surrounding Oregon communities, helping clients navigate everything from lifestyle-driven purchases to long-term real estate investments.
Before real estate, I spent years in sales leadership specializing in negotiation strategy, pricing, and deal structure — experience that now helps my clients buy smart, sell strategically, and protect their bottom line throughout the process. I’ve successfully negotiated significant savings for buyers and helped sellers maximize the value of their homes through strategic pricing, marketing, and preparation.
In addition to real estate, I have extensive hands-on experience restoring and flipping homes, giving me valuable insight into renovation potential, construction costs, and value-driven improvements. This allows me to help clients evaluate opportunities, understand long-term value, and make confident decisions whether buying, selling, or investing.

Phil got me into my first home and helped me navigate the VA loan process. He was there with me every step of the way. I moved from Tampa, FL to Lincoln City, OR so the early stages were mostly done over the phone. He knew what I was looking for and stayed in constant contact with homes he thought may be good fit. We decided to work with Phil to find and purchase our first home after dabbling with a few other realtors. Phil provided exemplary service during the entire process. During our search for homes across multiple cities, he worked on our schedule, came prepared to every showing, and never pressured us.
